Description

• 20C automatic metal hose edge cutting machine is a customized equipment for corrugated pipe mouth cutting. The equipment uses manual loading and unloading and automatically completes turning.
• The equipment has a turning rotation mechanism, a turning push-forward mechanism, a central pressurizing device, an external automatic protection and shielding device, and a front-end loading auxiliary locking device.
• The whole machine arranges the fixation of the workpiece and the movement and positioning of the turning components on the same reference structure. The precision guide rails and transmission components are integrated to ensure the relative position accuracy of the movement.

Manually place the bellows in the half jig and lock it → Depress the start pedal → Move the forward motor to the turning position → Block protection The door cylinder operates automatically → While the rotary motor rotates according to the set value, the forward motor continues to run forward according to the set value to complete turning → after the turning is completed Move the forward motor backward until it is safe → manually remove the product → load the product again (cyclic operation)
